broad use of application and chemical structure. They play role in defense
mechanisms of the organism, regulate growth, development, and reproduction as
signaling molecules. Some kind of pharmaceuticals drugs such as antibiotics,
anticancer and immunosuppressant drugs can be
utilized throughout secondary metabolites (14). It is strongly
recommended that in a certain environment production of secondary metabolites linked to proportion and propagation of
an organism. The
properties and chemical structure of the secondary metabolites related to environment of organism, evolve powerful
defense mechanisms occurs when organism’s survivability is extremely elevated (13). Several bacteria have a commensal relationship with plant,
where the bacteria produce secondary metabolites which protect the plant and
plant represent source of nutrients for bacteria (15). SMs have many
